This notice is to inform readers that the article titled "Design and Implementation Challenges in Building a Scalable MERN Stack Platform for Civic Feedback Systems" by Tenzin Sherab, Ayush Raj, Smriti Singh, and Rajendra Kumar, originally published in International Journal on Smart & Sustainable Intelligent Computing, Vol. 2, Issue 2, pp. 15–29, has been officially withdrawn at the request of the author(s). The decision was approved by the journal's editorial board on 28 June 2025.

The withdrawal was made due to an authorship dispute, as informed by the authors. The article is no longer considered part of the IJSSIC journal.
